GAC Group's Parts Division has joined forces with Guangzhou Automobile Group Parts Co., Ltd. to produce various automotive accessories and components. It has become one of the largest and most influential automotive parts companies in China, having been awarded fifth place among the top 100 automotive parts companies in China in 2007.
Recently, GAC Group's Parts Division decided to upgrade the conference room equipment. After thorough research, they ultimately chose to collaborate with Relacart to set up an audio transmission system using the WDC-903 wireless conference discussion system and the CS-302 wired professional digital conference discussion system.
Solution
This meeting room of GAC Group's Parts Division is divided into two parts: a central conference table and surrounding seating. Since the conference table has built-in cable management holes, the CS-302 wired professional digital conference discussion system was chosen. This system can control up to four cameras through the RS-232 or RS-422 communication protocols, forming a video tracking system.
With the CS-N1 wired professional digital conference discussion system unit, various compatible microphone gooseneck can be easily replaced. It features a newly developed voice activated mode, allowing participants to simply speak into the microphone without manual operation to activate the microphone unit for speaking. It is easy to use and fully applicable to various conference occasions.
Considering the wiring issues for the surrounding seats, the WDC-903 wireless conference discussion system was selected. Its characteristics of wireless transmission are also very stable, and the layout is more convenient and quick. The microphone units can be moved at any time. At the same time, the WDC-903 is also compatible with automatic video tracking systems, enabling the establishment of a complete video tracking conference room.
In terms of transmission, the Relacart R-32AU wideband directional antenna is used, which features adjustable gain and easy installation. When paired with the antenna distributor R-14D, it is fully applicable to UHF high wideband wireless system operations, supporting the application of 2-4 Relacart wireless series or other series wireless systems.
