WomenCorporateDirectors (WCD) is a global organization uniting top women executives from the business world. Founded in the United States in 2001, WCD expanded to Argentina in 2017. With over 70 chapters across six continents, the organization supports more than 8,500 enterprises and 2,500 consultants globally.
Recently, the WCD chapter in Argentina hosted its annual conference, where female business leaders engaged in in-depth discussions on key issues concerning financial and production investments. Relacart served as the audio partner for this prestigious event, ensuring that every speaker’s voice was delivered with clarity and reliability throughout the conference.
System Setup
Given the complexity of the venue, the numerous devices in use, and up to eight microphones operating simultaneously, potential interference posed a significant challenge. To address these concerns, the Relacart technical team implemented the UR-2Q Four-Channel True Diversity Digital Wireless Microphone System.

To accommodate the panel discussion format, traditional handheld microphones were replaced with UT-2 Beltpack Transmitters paired with HM-500S Headset Microphones:
· UT-2 Transmitter: Compact and lightweight with a durable metal casing, offering comfortable, unobtrusive wear.
· HM-500S Microphone: Featuring unidirectional characteristics, it significantly reduces feedback, ensuring clear and smooth communication.
Antenna Support Solution
To further optimize wireless microphone signal transmission, the Relacart team implemented an auxiliary antenna system using a combination of R-P5A Directional Antennas and R-43W Full-Range Stick Antennas.
Antenna Features and Configurations:
· R-43W Full-Range Stick Antennas: Wide coverage area reduces dead zones, ensuring stable signal transmission throughout the venue.
· R-P5 Directional Antennas: With a narrower angle but higher gain, these antennas were focused on the main stage to enhance signal quality for key speakers.
