Relacart provides 12-month warranty services to customers who buy from an authorized distributor or authorized dealer, this is to warrant that this Relacart product is fully functional and is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12-month from the date of purchase.
1, During the warranty period (make sure Relacart product are used under normal circumstances and properly maintained ), all replaced components, parts or other units are born by Relacart.
2, The limited free of charge warranty shall not apply to any of the following:
1), Serial number has been removed or defaced.
2), Damage resulting from the use of inappropriate voltage, power interruption, improper or inadequate maintenance, accident or force majeure beyond Relacart’s control;
3), Service by an unauthorized service center, or damage from transportation.
4), Operation with faulty equipment, or modification, fail to follow operating instructions.
3, Transportation, delivery and handling charges incurred in the transport of the product to and from Relacart’s services will be borne by the customer.
4, Relacart’s authorized distributor in each country offers all service and repair issues, please contact with them directly.
